The employees were rude and obnoxious. When I asked for help in picking up my online order I the employees felt put out because I interrupted their conversation.

Honestly one of the worst services I've had. I came to exchange an item and they told me that if I bought it online, the only way to exchange it is online. Yet when you go on their website they state that the easiest way to return or exchange an item is in the store. The staff are super rude and unhelpful. I asked one staff for directions to the restroom and she stared me up and down and said "upstairs" in a very rude tone as if I was interrupting her doing something very important (she was chatting with a coworker). 😒

Online, they said they had certain things at Kohl's, however, once I arrived, things were different. The items were not there and the store was super crowded. The only thing I appreciated were the cashiers' who were quick and there were many of them.
