Nasty place, every dept. is a mess! It's one of the worst Kohls stores i've been to...also, i was in that area so i decided to return an item i purchased in another store i had the receipt and all and they didn't want to exchange or refund the item because "supposedly" the tag didn't match the item! I purchased the item with that same tag, like how am i supposed to know that the item had a wrong tag attached???? Somebody didn't do their job well, or there was a mistake when a Kohls employee attached the tag on the jeans, who knows? (it was an item i bought from the clearance section, only $11) ..now i have to be stuck with an item that doesn't fit me! It's ok for them to sell me an item with a wrong tag, but its not ok to refund or exchange the same item because of their mistake!! SMH. And btw, the manager at that store Julia is rude AF! NEVER going back! And will definitely warn my friends about the rudeness and bad customer service going on in that store! I will keep going to the one at 4250 Blue Diamond Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89139 The customer service in that store is super GREAT, very organized and clean.. can't say the same thing about the store in 1316 W. Sunset Rd. Total PIGS!

Julia the manager is rude. Snobby excuse of a human. When i visit LV again i will NEVER go back to that store. I don't even know how that person has a job as a "manager"

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD...THE WORST EMPLOYEES, THE WORST STORE, AND THE SUPER WORST STORE MANAGER EVER!!! ZERO CONSIDERATION TOWARDS LOYAL KOHLS CUSTOMERS.

This location is set up similarly to a Macy's in that it's two floors, which I had never experienced before. They seem to have the same selection as other Kohl's - not smaller. I've only visited to browse and once to make a return. The returns desk is on the first floor - returns can't be made at the regular check-out. The woman who helped me barely acknowledged my presence, but she sure was quick and efficient. Not bad.

Store is very messy and an organized. Rosaura a Store employee was Trying to charge me $45 for a 8 oz lip scrub. When I asked the manager she actually 8.in the beauty section they have no make up sponges or tissues. when I asked for store help they don't even bother looking. They had no make up sponges and I have a check in the drawer underneath where they keep extra make up supplies and they had the sponges .they don't have a Beauty girl up front in the makeup!!!
