The last few times I went there looking for shoes I couldn't find my size.  I like to shop local so I always go to Kohl's in my hometown.  Well this last time really was bad. I was there for 30 minutes with at least 3 employees shuffling around me.  No one greeted me nor asked me if I needed help. I went away empty handed and went to another store where  I was helped and I bought 2 pair of shoes. I have a Kohl's card and my balance is at zero.  Can't find any help when I'm there to even buy anything.

One of the nastiest stores that I have ever went to in my entire life. I opened the dot for an employee and they just walked in and out and didn't even say thank you. I dismissed that, and I found all the clothes scattered all over the floor and everyone looked at me like I committed murder or something. That was odd, anyways, I went to the fitting room and all the doors were locked what a surprise, And for a fact I know that nobody was inside. I asked the cashier why the fitting rooms are all locked around the whole store, And she responded with "How is that my problem?" I simply just left and I'm never going to that store ever again.

Nothing kills a good deal like BAD SERVICE...15 MINUTES in line to by some good deals is Too..Too. Much.HOW far is Turlock.?😀

I love this store! I've always had great costumer service. Although I wish they would have more cashiers available during their peak hours.
