It was horrible some of my people in my party didn't get there food. We had to get our own silverware off another table. It took them so long to get our ticket just horrible it need to be shut down that is just how bad the service was.

MESSY STORE! 
This store in Newnan, GA: It's amazing how a messy store can alter one's shopping experience. There was trash at the door of the store, trash in the shopping carts, clothes over the floor in multiple departments.  I spoke with the manager and he told me all customer service reps were on the cash registers. I told him, "Well, somebody  needs to get off the register and pay attention to the rest of the store".  I shop often at Kohl's in my hometown (Albany) and it's always clean and inviting. Plus, there was no greeting when I entered the store and I noticed that. I did get a great deal on a winter coat...and Kohl's $$$ adds sweetness to the deal every trip.
