Normally love the store, but I was in there today and had an issue. I joined the text alerts and, as advertised, was sent a 15% off code to use online or in store. The cashier rang up my order and I showed her the code. She said "Oh, I can't take that. There has to be a barcode." I explained that the text states that I can use it in store. She replied with "You're the third person today that tried that. You need to call customer service and speak to them." The cashier admitted that 2 other women before me had the same issue and she didn't bother to ask a manager what to do should the problem arise again. She could have at least called a manager to see if they could help. With my $50 purchase, I missed out on $7.50 back because the cashier didn't want to do her job and look into the issue. Very disappointed and will think twice before shopping here again.

I love this store. But yesterday we had a bad experience with the manager Daniell. We waited a long time for her to show up to help us. When she dud she was very short and disrespectful to us. Not nice!! Other than her...I've always had a great experience at this store.  By the way. ..the cashier made up for her unprofessional behaviour! !

This is a great store, I enjoy shopping here as well as online. They have a nice selection of clothing in each department from children to adults. I also enjoy the homegoods department, I absolutely love the picture frames and other home decor. It's also nice they have a small toy section. They usually have good sales going on or a coupon for a certain percentage off. I love the fact that you can earn kohl's cash and unlike Bealls you can use your expired kohl's cash for 10 days beyond the expiration date.

Very nice store. Friendly employees. Company just needs to tell cashier's not to lick their fingers to open the shopping bags that they then give to customers. Yucky.
