Went shopping with my 1 year old and not a single available cart with a seat for child.  I understand if they are super busy and they are not available but I literally walked around the entire store and saw ONE being used!  So extremely frustrating as a mother trying to shop.

Not really organized at all. Couldnt navigate the shoes because they were in disarray. My mom and I were coming out of the dressing room and a man came out BEHIND us, making it seem as though he was just straightening up the clothes, but proceeded to leave right behind us making us both very uncomfortable. When we notified the clerk what was going on, she didnt do anything about it. Even if he was a security guy, he shouldnt have been in the WOMENS dressing room and someone should have done something. The woman at the cash register who helped us check out was super amazing though.

I WAS INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED WITH THE FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM BRANDON NORRIS. WHEN EVERYONE ELSE IN THE STORE DID NOT REALLY WANT TO BE BOTHERED... HE STEPPED IN AND COMPLETELY MADE SURE I WAS NOT ONLY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE BUT SPENT THE TIME EXPLAINING HOW THE PRODUCT WORKED FOR ME.... THIS GUY IS A "STAR" WHAT A CLASSY GENTLEMAN!!! YOU DON'T FIND THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PUEBLO, CO. VERY OFTEN...
