Corporate mediocrity. Just like any other kohl's, overpriced but that's to be expected. Definitely my last resort.

You shop, you spend $100's and they give you the hardest times on honoring their coupons or Kohls cash. It's so tiring and disappointing.

Visited kohls today and what a disappointment it was 
There were no shopping carts to be had  not in the store or parking lot
We seen only about 3 carts in the store
So whats going on here   where are the carts   you cant shop if you have no carts

Usually enjoy my visit.   Shopped sunday as part of July 4th holiday.  Main checkout- only one cashier open..customers waiting in line. I counted 12 ..before another register opened due to complaints . Is this rouyine?
