I usually really like Kohls, but the woman I had to deal with tonight was incredibly RUDE!! I'm sure she was very tired after Black Friday, but I still deserved courtesy. I wasn't being difficult to deal with. I've never been treated like that at Kohls before. 4 stars for Kohls 1 star for that RUDE woman tonight! 👎 I wish I would have gotten her name. She had brown hair with streaks of grey pulled back into a ponytail. The others seemed scared of her. ☹️

Very positive interaction with customer service and store management regarding a quality issue with merchandise ordered online. Next time we will just ship to store for the best possible shopping experience and least hassle for everyone.
