Best store I've ever been in EVER!!! Nice, clean, organized and AWESOME Staff. Every person I had contact with. The customer service woman had me in and out in 3 minutes or less for an online pick up, and she was very nice. I also had to pick up a few other items. The store is so well organized that i didn't even have to find an associate to help me find the items i needed (keurig, Remington razor set and 3 specific shirts) the signs and layout made it so easy to find what i needed. And lastly the service in the checkout was awesome!!! The cashier and manager were both so sweet and helpful. I don't know why i never really shop at Kohls but after todays experience and seeing all the great prices you offer i will definitely be shopping there more often!!!

Not good. I went in on the day the sale started for a 40 piece set of dishes. I could not find them. I walked around the entire store 2 times looking for someone to ask...no one. I then went to customer service . I waited in line to ask if there was anyone in the home dept. I waited for someone to arrive. She looked around and said I guess we don't have any! What! The sale just started 2 hours ago. So now another sales person comes along. She says I guess we didn't get any . Now I get the manager. He goes in the back and guess what he found??? A set of the dishes. Yes ONE set. I said are you kidding!!! I need 2 sets. So, I asked them to call the Cherry Hill store. Guess what they had 3!!! Three whole sets for a sale which just started. They did hold them for me So I drove from the Westhampton store to the Cherry Hill store. They did have the 2 sets waiting. They also offered to take them up front and the nice young man also took them to my car and loaded them. Great customer service. As a customer, I do not want to hear...they didn't come in or I guess we sold them already. Really!!! Consumers are that stupid. Someone didn't do their job.

Love Kohls but exchanges with this Kohls cash is crazy. Spent more money on the exchange but had to forfeit the 10.00. Cant follow that logic

Love this location. The store is immaculate. I always leave with great deals on quality products and leave with a coupon (to expedite my return). The staff is friendly, helpful and funny. I always enjoy my experience. Keep up the good work.

No sense of how to talk to customers. It was so rude behavior from Manager and Cashier at me when i simply ask for explanation. Customer Service is below the average than another kohl's. Not coming to this kohls again ever !!
