We had to return some purchases from before Christmas (improper sizes on gifts), get a watch sized, and we also needed to spend some Yes2You Rewards. The return went very smooth! Other than a short line (that moved quickly) the return could not have went any better. We had receipts for all the items we wished to return, and the clerk got us our refund right away. As soon as we got done with the return we went to the jewelry counter where they sized my wife's new watch and got us moving right away. We then moved to our shopping where we quickly found what we were interested in, tried them on, and then moved to the line for the register. The line didn't move as quickly as the return line, but wasn't too bad. Our clerk was very nice and helpful for the questions we asked. Once we got to the register we were done with our transaction in an appropriate amount of time. We got in and out with: returns, picking out items, trying them on, getting a watch sized, and paying for them in under 40 minutes, great job!

On this visit I went in for a "Ship to Store" pickup. It was okay... I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. I'm not sure that the customer service representative even looked at me once. She just typed on her computer, didn't check my i.d. (as she was supposed to), turned around, pulled my stuff, & then slammed it on the counter. I had to ask her "Is that it?" before I knew our lovely encounter was completed. I gave them 4 stars because when I actually shop in the store, I've had a much more pleasant experience.

I’ve been a Kohl’s shopper on the west coast for a few years and I love the selection and frequent savings incentives. I had done my Black Friday shopping at the Kohl’s in Myrtle Beach and was very satisfied. However, I decided to spend my Kohl’s cash (earned the previous week) at the Wilmington store. I didn’t have a good customer experience. Maybe it can be chalked up to temporary holiday employees. I asked a store associate regarding the price of an item, she didn’t even look at me and proceeded to tell me she was just a temporary worker. Speaking of prices, I applaud Kohl’s use of the LCD price displays, but this is the first Kohl’s I’ve been to where many of the displays were blank (leading to the situation above). Finally at the check stand, the checker seemed disinterested in me or my shopping experience (he had the personality of a tree). He was using a register that wasn’t fully functioning (the customer display screen was off) thus preventing the selection of gift receipts. There were three other unused checkouts, all with their customer displays on. From now I’ll I’ll head south to MB to do my Kohl’s shopping.

I discovered this store the other day and decided to go inside. It's pretty neat and their sales are so great. I feel like Kohl's is often slept on.

Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for in here. But the staff is always friendly and helpful. Good prices and tons of selection.
