Returning an article of clothing took a significantly long amount of time since this store has customer service employees that don't understand what is going on and seem to forget something they did minutes earlier. Expect to talk to someone that wishes you weren't there and wants you to feel like a nuisance.

Today I had a bad experience at Kohls, Wylie. When I returned an item with it's receipt, first they told that it doesn't match with the receipt item number and their manager shown me a black dress for that number in my receipt (in their checking machine) that I didn't buy ever. How did it happened, they don't know. In short, they want me to return the black dress that I didn't buy. Then an employee named Carroll, she was repeating the same thing by saying that item number is with other dress, that I didn't buy. And then, they gave me the store credit, instead of what I spent for my dress.

Has a nice selection of clothing but customer service isn't anything to write home about. Pretty messy but that's expected from a department store. No dress suits at all, so don't waste your time if that's what you're looking for. Shoes are cute. Have had several occasions where security tags were left on clothes so make sure you check while cashier is ringing them up. And make sure you're not charged twice for the same item (an honest mistake, but again-has happened). Overall the store is okay but not amazing--basically just a typical Kohl's.
