This was a total surprise spa getaway weekend from very loving man.  From the moment we spoke to the customer service representative to arriving at our hotel, the entire experience was first class. I now know "why" so many people spoke highly of this place.  We were so delighted on how professional and friendly everyone was throughout our entire stay. Definitely worth experiencing. You will not be disappointed!

This is a beautiful and relaxing spa.   The amenities are wonderful!  Loved the waterfall pool!  We did a couples massage.  I've had massages before,  but this was the best one by far!  The pedicure and manicure were just okay for the money.  If you are looking for a luxurious,  relaxing experience,  I would highly recommend this place.

Understaffed lots of towels and used cups laying under chairs crowded on Sundays. Complained to cg eckout and received discount off service-good

Relaxation,  kind thoughtful caring staff. The service is great and the Spa is fabulous.  I am always so satisfied  !!
