I hired Lisa after switching attorneys during my divorce case, seeking new counsel. Lisa is responsive, understanding and knowledgeable. It was clear to me that she was paying attention to the details of my case throughout. During the case, Lisa was an excellent advocate for my son and I. Currently, I am so happy to spend the parenting time with my son that I was able to get agreement on via Lisa's help. Lisa is an excellent coach and counselor. I also found her encouraging and caring towards the stress of my case.

Also- I was impressed by the legal team at Kollias and Giese. They are responsive and helpful when I needed their assistance.

Lastly, and also very important- whenever I received an invoice, I felt like the billing was accurate and fair.

I hired Lisa as my representative for a post decree child support and child custody case in Kane County.  She was responsive and very competent.  This is high praise if you knew how I feel about most attorneys.  She was also very fair in her billing.  Of course lawyers are expensive, but she was honest in her billing hours - often cutting me a break.  I have acted pro-se and have dealt with multiple attorneys, mediators, and GALS.  She is by far one of the best I have worked with.  If you have to work with an attorney in Kane County, she is the way to go.

I hired Dan Kollias as my attorney to handle my divorce and I have so far been very pleased with the results.  Mr. Kollias has not only gotten results for me, he has done so in an intelligent and respectable manner.  His office staff has always been very courteous and helpful and I have felt like I've been in good hands all around.  I would definitely recommend Mr. Kollias if you are looking for an intelligent, above board, and courteous attorney that can get positive results in what can otherwise be a very messy business.

If I could give Lisa Giese 12 stars I would!  Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and has nothing but the best intentions for her clients. Lisa represented me when I went through what should have been a very easy and "1-2-3 open and closed" divorce. Our children were grown and living on their  own and we only had the one home, which I didn't even want.  Instead, because of my ex-husband's poor choice of an attorney it turned into a very long drawn out and contentious fight that took over two years. At one point I was so tired of it all I told Lisa I wanted to give up and let him have everything. I'll never forget what she told me. She said she remembered our very first meeting and the "glow" I had looking forward to the next phase  in my life and she wasn't going to let them wear me down and give in to them. That really stuck with me. And even though my ex decided he didn't like the judges ruling and filed an appeal to the appellate court Lisa never gave up on me! Lisa is very well known (and liked) by every colleague I ever saw her with. That says a lot to me! Even now, years later I still need Lisa's help with an issue with my ex-husband and she did not hesitate to jump in and help me out. Believe me when I say, you cannot go wrong if you hire Lisa Giese and her firm as your attorney!

My experience with Lisa Giese and her team at Kollias & Giese has been absolutely amazing!  A friend of mine, who is a reputable lawyer in Chicago, referred me to Lisa stating she was the best family lawyer in DuPage County.  Seeing her work in action with my case, I completely agree!  The amount of dedication and support Lisa has provided me and my family with since day 1 has been nothing but exceptional!  I was expecting my case to be a nightmare, but so far it's been a dream come true.  Lisa has always been there to address my concerns, provide expert advice, constantly keeps me informed of any updates and does everything she can to provide us with the best possible outcome!  I couldn't be happier with the endless support my family and I have received from Lisa and her team of professionals!  Thank you to everyone that works at Kollias and Giese, P.C.!
