We visited this place for Lunch Decent Ambience Friendly staff This place has Andhra/Hyderabadi/Indian cuisine. Ordered Mysore Bonda / Konaseema Chicken Biryani Taste is good and so is quality.
Great staff. We ordered Dosa, Gobi Manchurian and Paneer Tikka with Naan. Dosa and Gobi Manchurian were superb, crunchy! Naan was super soft, loved it. However, Paneer Tikka was big let down. Pieces were huge but not at all soft, and very quickly dried, making them much more harder. Besides, they were out of Chutneys! I will definitely visit, but might not order Paneer Tikka! :
It’s so sad to give a bad review to my favorite restaurant. This is only place in NJ to get the most authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani. However, their quality and quantity have changed drastically since last few months. I ordered Veg dum biryani and all I got is one piece of cauliflower, carrot and potato each. There is no masala or flavor. I guess they’ll have to soon rename this as White rice biryani. This is the third time this incident has happened and hopefully they’ll be more cautious in future.
Best biryani and tasty food. Konaseema biryani is awesome. My son said one of the best biryani he ever tasted so far. We entire family loves the taste of the food.
We found this place on the internet in New Brunswick Area. And, we were god we found it. The food is amazing and has authentic Andhra food taste. If you want to have Andhra food, look no further. We had Chicken Lollipop, Pic 2forgot the name- something vepudu, veg Manchurian and Mysore Bonda. Each one was amazing, and had great taste. Pic 2 was the best and was suggested by the server. Main course was Goat Dum Biriyani, Chicken Bezwada Biriyani, Paneer Biriyani. All the Biriyanis were amazing and tasted perfect. I got a to-go goat dum Biriyani, which I took it to Charlotte from NJ. I love this place and definitely would be back. You guys should try it too. Cheers!
We didn’t like the food at all. Ordered mutton sukkha, which turned out a little sweet. Ordered mutton gravy, that too was sweet, though had told them to make it spicy. Pomfret tandoor was also without any flavor, no masala, less salt. Just the good things were chicken pops like things and malabar Parathas. Wanted to try a different place as it was my husbands birthday, and poor thing he didn’t like anything except the Parathas. Total waste of money. Never going to recommend to anyone.
we ordered Punugulu, Malai Kofta, Tandoori roti, Naan and Paneer Biryani. All were really good especially Punugulu and Malai kofta were too good. Punugulu were crispy and well cooked chutneypeanut was really delicious. It’s worth to try it out. I have tasted Malai kofta at various restaurants/ many times but I should say this was the best. I will definitely visit again.
Ordered biryani and starters during the opening hours. The to go order was supposed to be ready in 45 mins but received an update that the food is ready in 15 mins. The food got spoiled very quickly even in cold weather. They must have delivered reheated meals.
It seems like the chef here has changed. The food has improved significantly compared to the past. Delicious appetizers, Biryani and entrées! Do try the angari chicken and fish 65!Food: 5/5
This is a South Indian restaurant. Especially Andhra. Family restaurant with great ambiance. But due to Covid they are only encouraging/allowing to-go so far. Best selling and all time favorite to everybody is “Guntur Mirchi Bajji”. It tastes yummy but sometimes it is very spicy still we will enjoy it. Biryanis are very unique in their own style. Once you get addicted to their taste, you will not like any other biryanis anywhere else.
