My wife and I have been happy with our agent (Terry Kartheiser) and Konen Insurance.  Service has been very good.  I used to shop insurance carriers practically yearly but I haven't since using Konen Insurance.  This is because I find there's a lot of value when you take into consideration both their servicing and pricing as one.

Our agent, Tammy Kolschowsky, is exceptional.  She patiently answers when I ask the same questions again and again.  She works tirelessly to help us keep our insurance costs down, conducting regular reviews of our needs and available products.  She advocates for us when there's a billing issue.  She is quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails.  And, she's one of the most pleasant people I've ever worked with.  She is the reason we work with Konen!

While I was insured with Konen I had a great experience, unfortunately where I relocated they are not able to provide me with their exceptional service, but I will no hesitate to look them up the minute a return to Illinois. Thanks for the many years of great service, keep up the good work.

We have been with Konen Insurance for over 15 years.  They have always provided excellent insurance options and exceptional customer service.   They have been a local business for many years with an honest reputation.   We have recommended Konen to several individuals and businesses.
