What a great experience! Not only am I so happy with my new Traverse but the ease, professionalism and quality customer service makes this place a 10! Jarret was beyond helpful and accommodating. Took his time to show me every feature on the car and made sure I was 100% happy before driving off the lot! Dean even made sure to get me my vehicle from another dealership in a timely manner. Good job Konner Chevrolet!! I will highly recommend you!

Parts department guy who worked on Saturday 5/20/17 was great, I lost the only key to my wife's suburban and he made it very easy for us to get a replacement made. Wonderful service and great attitude. I had called a few other dealerships that morning and none of them were helpful.

Great technical and customer service with a smile. Loaner service is good also. Will use again over other area dealers especially Schumacher.

Horrible service department experience I've ever had. Old men working with no sense of respect or good customer service. I had the manager David yell at me(btw I'm currently pregnant) in front of everyone and told me not to come back. Make sure you ask what the chargers are before you leave your car. Because they're are expecting you to pay without telling you ahead of time. Go to firestone in Wayne much better service and at least they give you the prices up front.
