They need to make it a point to inform people of their "policies" while the person is making the appointment, not in the middle of the appointment. Took my daughters for their first dental appointments, everything was fine at first, the hygienist was very sweet, then a blonde haired hygienist (?) abruptly came into the room and told me to leave  and go to the waiting room, so i did. She came back out and i stood up and this lady put her hand up and rudely told me parents were NOT allowed to be in the back and said my daughter was "just fine". I asked why i couldn't go back, the only reason she gave me was that it was "the doctor's policy" I told her we would leave then and that i was not going to leave my children with anyone i didn't know. I went in to get my daughter she was in the room alone and completely unsupervised. We left in the middle of the appointment. I was unaware of this supposed policy and had i known before hand i would not have wasted our time, their time and taken time off of work for this. I'm sure i am not the only parent who would not feel comfortable with this policy before meeting any of the staff.

The receptionist is a doll, The PA Ebert does the least she can do for a patient with the indifference of a jail guard.  The fees for a PA are the same for a real doctors' visit and we still pay 80% of a regular fee. We now go only for dire situations.

Wonderful, professional, high skilled, sensitive, consideration and accommodating are all words that instantly come to mind when thinking of my experiences with the beautiful sweet ladies staffing the Manhattan Konza Dental Clinic! Perhpas the very best experiences I've had at the dentists, second only to the wonderful people helping others like me at the Douglas County Dental Clinic. The Konza Dental clinic is world class, best ever kinda place! Thank you Konza Dental ladies! I LOVE U  :-)

Literally everytime I step foot in the dental department my mood changes. The receptionist have the WORST attitudes and act as if they don't even want to speak to you. Until they get a little more friendly and the staff is more helpful I wont be going back. Worst experience ever . Unless this is a last resort don't go.
