I had an appointment today. The environment here was very quite and the workers were polite. Granted, today was valentines days and I am sure all the children were at their school parties. I’ve been here once before, and I’ve seen tons of kids but not this time. The check in process was simple. I waited 10 minutes and was called back by a nice gentleman. He was new, but I couldn’t tell because he was so professional. The giveaway was, that he had the trainer with him making sure everything was going correctly and that he was following each step. I was pleased with him, and I wish I had gotten his name. Dr. C, seemed very seasoned and professional. I spent an hour and a half here, which was not bad. I’d go back again and recommend Kool Smiles to my family.

This place was pretty freaking cool. They had a play area with a gazillion kids screaming and  enjoying it like it was going out of style. The pregnant lady at the front desk was smiling even though she had a line of patients out the wahzoo. The paperwork was lengthy but at it's a alright because I assume they are making sure nothing is wrong with you. The nurse called me back and she was so nice. She made me step on a scale, which I don't understand what the point of that was at a dentist office? She was still super nice and bubbly. She sat me down, took a X-ray and was so gentle. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager to compliment how nice the front desk lady was and how nice and gentle she was, because it was so hectic in there and busy but everyone was so nice at this point and treatment me like I was the only one there. She smiled and said she was the manager and thanked me graciously. She sat me in a room and another nurse came in and said she was going to be taking over. This one was nice too and she had my stomach burning from laughter. She was so funny! The doctor came and and  she was very sweet and straight to the point. I like that, no beating around the bush. I enjoyed this place and you will too people!

The nurse crystal was awesome very welcoming. She kept us informed. Dr. Chardran was great. It took no time for her pull two teeth for my child. And tney both help her feel safe and relaxed during the procedure. Thank you will be coming back.

Thank you To the doctor and the assistants at Kool Smiles dentist office. I really liked my assistant and everyone was nice to me during my visit. The environment was relaxing and cozy.

If your looking for Great Dental care please consider Kool Smiles on University in Little Rock. I received the best professional care. Dr. Chandran and April Smith, R.O.A. are terrific.  Two thumbs up👍👍Thanks for the Great care.
