I normally dont write reviews but this is an exception to help someone else. I got two extractions done by Dr Jennifer Griffin. My suggestion is to RUN, RUN as fast as you can away from this place. Unfortunately this is the only place that except my insurance. But I have been to several oral surgeons in the past for wisdom tooth removal, none of them was as rough or nasty as she was. She was doing me and another patient surgical extractions going back and forth so she was rushing and she was ROUGH!! It was the worst pain in my life and I have bared children. If you can find a private dentist DO SO! This place is the worst!

Both of my children are seen at Kool Smiles and we absolutely love it!! The staff is always very kind and willing to do whatever it takes to make my children and I feel comfortable. The visits are always smooth and even fun for all of us. We will continue to have our teeth checked at Kool Smiles because they are by far the best Dental Office I have ever been to. Love to come to a place where everyone greets you with a smile!

Today was my kids first visit at Kool Smiles and I am so pleased with the professionalism and treatment that we had today! The front desk receptionist, Millie, who check us in was very polite and professional and made us feel very welcome! The hygienist, Karuna, who treated my kids was also was very kind and professional. Both my kids said that they had a very nice experience in the back when they received their treatment. My 9 year son came out smiling, even though he was extremely nervous about seeing the dentist when he went back in the treatment area. I would recommend this office/practice to EVERYONE! Thank you for a great experience Kool smiles of Brooklyn Park!

Dr. Brown and the staff were amazing. I felt comfortable and at ease. They were well informed and my daughter left with a smile no tears. My daughter's first dental visit was a success thanks to the wonderful people at Kool Smiles dental practice.

I have been coming to this Kool Smiles location for more than 3 years and every time I visit I am greeting in such a polite and professional manner. The receptionist, hygienist, dental assistant, and dentist are all very good at their job!
