Appointment was at 2pm. Left the office at 415pm. This is ridiculous. Dentist wonderful but no one should spend an hour and them some waiting when they have an appt. This has happened twice.

The dentist we had was awesome. The first time we came the other lady rushed and in return my 5 year old freaked... But this dentist explained what she was doing to him in child friendly terms and talked to him the whole time and he stayed calm! We will come back to see her again.

Veronica is amazing , she went above and beyond to get me an appointment today. Angel was very patient and caring! Thanks to Dr Patel and Kool Smile for everything!

We received excellent service from a very patient friendly staff! Not to mention the office is very kid friendly. I would definitely recommend to other parents!

The company has false advertising that being told to new upcoming adult patients proclaiming “$99.00 cleaning and X-Rays for new patients. This is, pure and simple, misleading advertising. I made my appointment 2-3 months ago from today 04/24/2017 I get a call from the office Manager saying that they are no longer doing these specials and I would have to pay over $230 in cash today to be seen by the dentist. This is two hours before I am to be seen when I have made arrangements to be off work
