Kool Smiles has been a very good place for me over the years to go and make sure my teeth are st their finest. One of my favorite people there is Brunette as she is a very nice and helpful person. You can not go wrong choosing Kool Smiles as your dentist!

This dentist is my go to place. Me and all my family come here staff are really chill and they are always ready to help you. Nadege was very helpful when we came for a visit, very nice. .

The costumer service was horrible. I have been a patient with them for 10 years and for the past year the service has gone from bad to very bad to worst. I am changing to a different dentist and already changed my kids to another dentist. The customer service I received yesterday was awful. I was late for 20min and they wouldnt even try to work with me, perhaps see me at a later time. They were very indifferent to help me. The staff members seemed overwhelmed and very unhappy.  I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Dr.holthous + assistant Lisa are great they did an awesome job with my daughter as her first visit , they know how to treat kids good so they do not be scared of coming back, to the dentist office! awesome place everyone is friendly an the place inside looks awesome and clean !!!!

They are very friendly, gentle and professional and prompt.  I saw Dr. Kim and Brunette and they were very genuine and explained all the info in details and gave me the treatment and recommendation I needed.  I switched from my 10 year well known dental office to Kool-Smile in Chelsea, MA and by far they are doing a fantastic job!  Now my wife and two children come here and they love the service.  Thank you!
