I came for my Twins 1st visit...  There was very few people there which made our visit fast & clean!!!  Very friendly & Helpful staff!!  Thank You...  Laura, Carolyn, Rebecca & the young lady at the front desk that checked us in for making my Twins so comfortable & excited to come back!!  10/20/17

Just got off phone for an appointment the lady was very nice. Took all my information for both of my grandchildren. She was very professional and sweet.  Thanks Janette Chisom

Very disappointed with my experience.   First they had my children's information wrong in computer not once but twice.  The staff was very rude, and extremely ditzy. It's like she didn't know what she was doing. The waiting area is over packed with patients and obviously way over booked. All of the staff in general is a piece of work and I would not recommend this place for anyone now even if is an emergency. This will definitely be the last time I come here.

a corporate dental provider who can't get it together. They made an appointment with the wrong information. When we arrived, they had the wrong info. They had to postpone our appointment. 

don't use these people. they're incompetent.

Just leaving Kool Smiles here in Roanoke with my daughter for a extraction. My appointment was at 1:00 I was in the back with my daughter by 1:10 an we were out by 1:40 the staff was so nice an professional. Her doctors  Koneshia an Doc Mittal did a great job with keeping her calm during the visit it was great. Thanks for everything 5star for Kool Smiles an their staff😁
