I took my child in for a cleaning and then crowns a few days later.  Everyone at this location was very kind, professional and put my child at ease.  Clarissa, Liz, Yessenia, Kat, and Michael are excellent staff members!  Dr. Thomas performed an excellent job with my child's crown placement.  My child was playing and running around three hours later!!!  The anesthesiologist (Dr. Ramell) was VERY reassuring and did a PHENOMENAL job when treating my child as well.  I HIGHLY recommend this particular Kool Smiles location!!  A+++++++++

The staff was great. Always very friendly. Very gentle with kids and adults. Felt no pain whatsoever. Yesenia and Mike were very nice and explained everything I needed to know. Dr. Serrano was very gentle when applying the numbing medicine.

I liked the environment of this place. My daughter liked how an assistant by the name of vane treated her. Another lady there by the name of Lily kept checking on us which to me was great since a lot of places don't have this kind of service. I really recommend this place to you all. 👍👍

I called on a Monday because I had molar pain.  I was able to get a same-day appointment.  The staff were great! They were all very professional and courteous.  I was able to get my problem taken care of.

The staff is always very friendly, always make my kids feel comfortable, and have never had any problems with Kool Smiles. Highly recommend.
