I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. The customer service was outstanding. People were knowledgable and ready to help. I highly recommend Jen in windows. If you want to not waste your time at the big box store, go set up an appointment with her. She is efficient, smart, and will get you into the windows you need. Just take good measurements of your rough openings and your imagination. She'll handle the rest.

Koopman Lumber was instrumental in getting our bench renovation project up and running at O'Donnell Middle School. We could not have done it without their financial assistance.
