On or about July 17, 2013 Judge Marano placed illegal restraint orders on me against my grandchildren and the two civilians that accused me of a crime I did not commit to cover up an injury to my grandson Joe. The judge did this after 2 police officers of the Rathdrum Police Department told these 2 civilians, Davina and Joseph G., to 'Intimidate" my wife so as to destructively evict us from the home we paid for in order to draw attention away from the child injury they committed and successfully covered up. It worked. This judge said in open court when he opened court "I am not going to read any reports or look at any evidence today. I'm just gonna listen to what you say." Sgt Sabrina Briggs of Internal Affairs of the Sacramento, CA Police Department told me in a conversation on the phone in November 2017 "...that's illegal, Richard, they can't do that." According to Boise Legal Aid "Intimidation" is a form of violence, and scratching s little boy is violence. So a security guard in Rathdrum Idaho is violent with a little boy, set me up to cover it up, and the cops tell him to be violent with my wife, in her 50s and he did so two days later, just like officer Kennedy and Sgt Sherman said, but he and his wife did it with loaded and holstered guns. He hurt the boy and then forced the boy's grandmother and grandfather onto the street 1,000 miles from home, friends, and help. My wife and I were invited here in 2012 by the very people that set us up. They are criminals protecting criminal cops. Look at the photos of the cards we received while on vacation in Oldtown when we were invited to move back, and the body camera footage of the same two claiming they "took us in." Sure, we gave up our home in the Sacramento Valley so they could "take us in." Either these authorities are stupid and can't see a set up or they were in on it. My work is on the the new Jack Russell's Great White CD "He Saw It Comin,'" out 1-23-2017, and I have more evidence of police and law enforcement corruption in Idaho and the FBI didn't do squat, like they are supposed to.

I had no idea that a court house would allow reviews but this is something new, I guess just give advice. Don't mess up in life to where it's you sitting before the judge but if you do.... Clean up and dress professional before going before one and make sure to use yes sir no sir yes mam no mam and don't act like you don't care about how much power the judge has over you. I shouldn't have to say this but yeah I do from my own experiences. "Let the record state that Mr Richard's is the only one who dressed appropriately for court today." Respect and manors here may not fully save you but will for sure make the road to be traveled less covered in potholes.

Family court is a corrupt racket. Whoever has the most money wins. Judge Caldwell even awarded primary physical custody to a kidnapper. Truly shocking. Would not recommend.
