If you are looking for cost effective I would not recommend.  My husband's first pair of glasses cost twice as much as the exact same pair at our new office. The staff was friendly the first visit and very unprofessional with there follow up calls.

Absolutely delightful actually.  Loved the corner location so you can get to it from Poplar or off 3rd st.  Easy to get into the office and the ladies were quite friendly. The exam was nice, even the glaucoma air test wasn't as annoying as usual.  Wish the glasses could've come in before I left for Vegas, but when I landed, I got the call they had arrived before I even left the terminal.  (Spooky how they did that, don't you think)?

Most thorough eye exam that I have ever had. Very professional, polite, and kind staff. Dr Fagan addressed my concerns and got me into contacts that were great for me.

I LOVE DR. JOHNSON!  He is very thorough and explains things so that I can understand.  The staff is very nice and helpful!

Dr. Fagan is honest, caring, and so considerate.  When I went in for my last eye exam recently, they discovered I have pre-glaucoma, and at my age, that is very scary to hear, and for any age I suppose. Dr. Fagan explained to me, and even to my children (adults) exactly what pre-glaucoma is, how it can happen, and how actual glaucoma is treated, he takes as much time as needed, for you the patient, so that you understand and feel comfortable.   I trust Dr. Fagan with my eyes (eyesight), and I know I am in the best of caring hands possible.  Also, I have a son who has Aspergers, and Dr. Fagan treats my son with such kindness, answers all his questions, and respects the fact my son has anxiety issues, and makes my son feel at ease. Dr. Fagan has such a calming manner about him, very confident, and it makes his patients feel at ease.
