We may not have been able to build with Kopper Creek, but their service will keep them on our short list for when we do build. We weren't ready to build when we first talked to them but planned on builidng in about a year, they provided us with exceptional service from the very beggining. They walked us thorugh all of the models and we discussed what we were looking for. They even drew us a custom floor plan and helped us with the design process. They provided us with multiple floor plans to pick from and even helped us pick out our lot. The only reason we didn't build is because we will be leaving Minot in just a few short years and it wasn't practical for us anymore. If we do decide to build we will 100% return to Kopper Kreek and talk to JDee and Cayttie again! Hands down the best customer service in Minot!

Still fixing things in the home.  Awesome customer service then when you get the home your on your own and start finding out the company does not know how to build a home for ND weather.  The tiles were also set bad.  When we talked to Kopper Creek they didnt fix it only danced around all the problems.

From start to finish, your helpful guidance made the process of building a new home flow smoothly. You answered all our questions and customized our home the way we envisioned it. From custom rock work to logs, our home is perfect! Gabe, you are a true artisan in every sense of the word. We can't thank you enough for everything you've done. You guys are amazing! We highly recommend you to everyone!

Our new home was installed in September of 2016. WE LOVE IT!!!!!!! Kopper Creek was amazingly wonderful to work with. Our floorplan is 100% custom designed to meet our needs. My laundry room is gigantic. My kitchen is glorious, I have a big kitchen island, a big pantry, I have a potfiller above the stove...  Kopper Creek put in a custom fireplace in our living room that is beautiful. My master bathroom is my own personal spa with a giant shower and a huge soaker tub...... I pinch myself every time I come home, this house is so beautiful, and functional, comfortable........  

Now keep in mind, building a new home is an intense high stress event. There are a countless number of steps, and there is a dictionary of new terms to learn.  Kopper Creek guided and baby-stepped us through each one of them. There were, and there will be complications, confusion, and frustrations to deal with. Kopper Creek handled them all kindly and professionally.

Kopper Creek's workmen are amazing too. Their work ethic is top notch. They are hard workers, they show up when they say they will, and they do high quality work. These guys are amazing.

We LOVE our new home. Kopper Creek is amazing. They are part of our family now.

Kopper Creek was by far the best quality modular home builder we found in our area of North Dakota. We have been blessed not only by the quality of the craftsmanship of our home but by the time that Kopper Creek invested in us - helping us create the home we wanted and incorporating our needs to make our home flow beautifully. Cayttie is an incredible visionary with a gift of understanding what you want and how to accomplish it! WE LOVE OUR HOME! Thank you Kopper Creek!!
