This company should be shut down!! They have keys to your apartment and walk in when they feel like it, no matter if you are home or not!. They Do Not follow their own lease. If you leave any type of item in the appartment when your moving out they will charge you a bunch of money with out warning, and take your sucuriry deposite. I Do Not recommend going through this company at all!

Absolute worst. The staff is unprofessional. As a tenant when i called to talk to them i get attitude from the woman and she hung up on me. When i wanted a showing the girl who did it was unprofessional, just stood there, and couldnt answer my simple questions about the apartment. They dont care about their tenants and they have poor communication.

Hightly  unprofessional, charge you for trash after leave the apartment when it never was on the lease, take long to fix anything and they come in your house when ever they want with out contacting the person in the apartment. So unhappy with. My  experience I won't EVER rent from them...

When my home purchase fell through and I needed a place to rent very fast, KPMM came through for me.  They immediately processed my application and showed me houses right away. I signed a lease is just a little over a week.  KMPP was very responsive both on the phone and email.  When I had issues with the rental, they came out and fixed it pretty fast.  KPMM was very accommodating through the whole process. They returned my deposit in full when our lease was over and we eventually bought a house. I recommend KPMM to anyone looking for a rental.

Hi I am a former employee at kpmm,I would not recommend this job to anyone .i was lied to about my employment from the very first day. They are racist,also very unfair.fired me for no reason and left me and my family to fend for ourselves so close to school .They raise rents to a price ppl cant afford Jeannie does this herself sometimes the owners want a certain amount and she says noooooo u can get much more than that ,exactly the person I want to rent from  NOOOT! You get yelled at for listening to urban music also they never had a person of color employed for them they just good enough to sub out crappy work kpmm don't know how to do .also Allentown office help the Bethlehem branch with thier problem solving,neither the owner or the supervisor,has graduated school or has a ged.this is not the people you want to work for or manage your property
