I have worked for Craig Ford at the Oskaloosa Ford dealership since February and known Craig Ford personally for many years before that. What Paige Hartgers is saying is the complete opposite of the truth. Craig is one of the best bosses I have ever had and would never do anything close to being conceived as harassment. He truly cares about his employees and goes the extra mile to make sure that we are happy at work. He is always willing to help out with anything that we may need, whether at work or in our personal lives. Craig is the easiest to get along with and his office door is always open, if you need to talk about an issue or if you just simply want to talk about life. As a female employee, he has never once made a remark or done anything that could even be construed as inappropriate. He is always respectful to every employee, male or female. It's sad that someone would say anything bad about him. And I'm sure he is very hurt by the false accusations made by a former employee. I don't believe for a minute that she was treated that way. Craig simply isn't like that and that never would have happened.

I have been an employee of Kraig Ford's owner for 7 years. I am thankful for the COMPLETE respect I have always gotten not only for my self but my family. I am PROUD to be part of this family!!!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Kraig Ford and they did a great job! I really felt that they worked for me and not against me. Craig even personally bought my wife and I lunch while we waited for the paperwork to process. Excellent people to do business with. I will be a returning customer for my service needs.

Kraig Ford is a colorful type of man....most disrespectful boss I have ever worked for. A female sales person should not have to bend over behind his desk to get his remote, while he stands directly behind her. Not to mention the numerous inappropriate comments made.
