I had Matt come to my house and give me an estimate on a deck and patio. He was on time, instantly him and "clicked". I was most impressed with the presentation, explanation of products and education process in building. Typically these type of things are boring to me however Matt made the entire process comfortable and fun. The process in having my project started certainly took some time going threw all the approvals and permits. Krause took care of EVERYTHING and kept me updated the entire time. The installation went exactly as expected, installers were very friendly, the project manager was related to the owner which I found impressive. I now have hands down the BEST deck and patio in the neighboorhood... I feel like I am the Jones's of the community... lol lol. In conclusion I was very happy with this company, highly recommend!!!!
