FANTASTIC JEWELRY STORE Today I realized my Philip Stein watch had stopped working. I drove over to Kravit Jewelers and was immediately approached by a representative. I explained what I needed and she took my watch to one of their master repairmen and it seemed I only needed new batteries. She came back to me and explained it would be around 20 minutes and told me the cost. I was very impressed that it was so reasonable and would be working soon. I explained that I wanted one of the faces to tell me New York time and the second face to be set on California time. No problem. This was done so quickly as I walked around the store looking at all the treasures Kravit has to offer. You can bet I’ll be back soon.

Hi, just want to commend Gina on her top notch service today. My step daughter and I popped in to buy a pair of diamond studs, none of us having a clue of the details we wanted. Gina exercised very good active listening, and measured her patience, all to a very fruitful outcome for all concerned. Once again Kravit has delivered. I'll always be a loyal customer for years and years to come.

Natalie made my experience wonderful and seamless. In Less than the time i needed my ring was sized and beautifully cleaned to perfection. Complementary packaging was a plus and overall great customer service. Being that i work retail i understand the basics of customer service and she nailed it! Good Job i will return!

My wife and I have been customers of Kravit Jewelers for many years. Kravit has always shown a sincere desire to satisfy its customer’s needs. We have always been treated honestly and courteously and have never been put under pressure to spend more than the fair value of an item. Most of our relationship with Kravit is with its representative named Val. Our needs and concerns have always been met by him. In the future, we will continue to make all of our jewelry purchases from Kravit.

Great service! The staff is accommodating and pleasant. We have been coming to Kravitz for more than 10 years. We wouldn't trust anybody else due to their great reputation. This is the right place for people that like fine jewelry.
