Called three times for service for a commercial Trane unit they originally installed. A person answered the first time and stated she would call back with a service date. She never did. Several weeks pass.... This Tuesday, the unit developed a water leak in the basement. I left messages on Tuesday evening and early Wednesday AM. No response until after 10AM Wednesday. Was told service was probably not available until Monday....even after I repeated I needed help. In a industry where response to service is critical, they "dropped the ball". Disappointing to say the least. Based on this one instance, you would be better off taking your business elsewhere.
