I had a good experience in buying cat food and had a knowledgeable staff member. Will try the cat nail trimming and report back. There is always the chance in life that things are not perfect  so I always set my expectation for average. This way I go in neutral. I was taken on walk in basis and,the nails cut went quickly and I could watch the process and they did a superb cut job as our cat had really smooth nails this time versus some other places,and for $10 I was pleased..

This is a specialty/high end pet store. They don't have everything you might need for your pet, and what they do have is way overpriced.

One of the better natural pet stores in Orange County. Prices are relatively moderate compared to some others in the region. The store itself is clean and spacious and well organized. Staff, for the most part, is helpful and informative.

I cannot speak for the grooming staff as we have not used their services to date. On the positive side of all of this, our two pups absolutely love their visits to Kriser's, so that makes it all the more worth it.
