I don't really shop here much outside of getting my dog groomed, but the groomers are excellent, absolutely worth the premium over the big two chain stores.  My dog is usually ready after only a couple hours and looks great while i would have to wait for up to five hours at other places for my dog to be done.  Everyone is super friendly when you enter the store, I should probably buy more stuff here just to support this type of business.

WE LOVE KRISERS! They love pups and are good with humans at the same time! Grooming is consistently great, and we are very happy with their buy 10 get 1 free food program.

Most of the staff there are knowledgeable and helpful!  I believe the man that helped me tonight's name was Nate and he's extremely helpful!

Nice shop. Solid products. Helpful staff. Lacks the depressing scene at other pet stores, which is part of why I switched business to Krisers. The lack of ‘filler’ gives me confidence in the food I buy for my pets. 

I read the two negative reviews of the store. I’m dumbfounded as to what those customers found objectionable.

Convenient location although parking can be difficult. Helpful and friendly staff. Great place to pick up grain free pet food at reasonable prices.
