A traditional stop on my way home to Rochester NY from NYC! Super nice staff and donuts that still hold up amongst the best. The traditional with sprinkles a favorite.

I love Krispy Kreme; but I was a bit put off when I went out of my way to stop for the 'hot light' and was told they don't do the free donut anymore - even though I was purchasing a dozen more. It's the whole reason to have the 'hot light' - they should have honored the free donut at least with purchase to do the right thing.

One of my kids couldn't have the donuts because of an allergy,  so the manager gave her a donut-flavored lip balm. So nice of him!

Very good, fresh donuts. Literally the best donuts I have ever had. Dunkin Donuts has nothing on these. You see them making them right in front of you!
