10/22/22-Stopped here for a quick breakfast and just got feed disappoint from their customer service. I had been really excited to get the Halloween doughnuts and was looking forward to taking pictures of them. We told the lady behind the glass that we wanted 4, she stuffed them into a bag, and then tossed them on the counter so hard one popped out and laid on the dirty counter. The cashier girl saw what she had done and told them to replace the one that had fallen out. When she went to place it in the bag we both noticed at the same time that the design on all of the others had gotten smashed into a giant mess. She had them redo the whole order in a box. It's sad that only one employee at this place cares about the customer experience. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of one was because of her. Also the pumpkin latte my mother ordered was cold. I have never gotten this bad of service from the one near Park Meadows. I had been excited to find another Krispy Kreme, but next time I'm in the area I'll just go to a grocery store for a better experience. Skip this place and go to the one down south if you want a good experience.

Went in one evening and was greeted by Davon and when i ordered glazed donuts he grabbed them fresh off the belt and they were the best I’ve ever had!!! Big thanks to Davon for being so nice and taking very well care of me and my friend and was super friendly and good sense of humor! I will definitely be returning especially with the great service I received Thanks Davon !!!

Always a must stop when we travel to Denver. Donuts are amazing, and the staff is exceptional - every time!

Unfortunately, every employee from this location was denied the pay raise that was scheduled to happen due to the district managers decisions. However, this is what the dumpster looks like in the morning, just hours after the dump truck emptied them.

For as much as we love Krispy Kreme Hot Fresh glazed donuts, it was a disappointing experience today. Hot Doughnut sigh on usually equals long lines, I can understand and respect that.  Slim pickings on assorted doughnuts selections.  The lady taking our doughnut order was distracted while folks were ordering doughnuts and you could here folks repeating. She was rude and it was disappointing. On our turn we were smiling and being friendly hoping it would be contagious, it was not. We had to stand in a separate line to make our way to the cashier, once we got there our doughnut order was wrong and it was corrected by the super friendly cashier.  The fresh hot glazed doughnuts were mouth watering good.

Very fast as well as friendly service. I was just there the other night and do to some emergency vehicles it was difficult for them to understand me when I ordered at the drive thru. They heard me order a dozen but I only ordered 6. They apologize for the misunderstanding and only charged me for a half-dozen but they gave me the full dozen. Made me very happy that they gave me the full dozen and if they were frustrated or upset which I would understand, they didn't make me feel like I was an issue. They made me feel like I deserved to have a dozen for half price. That's the type of service that keeps me coming back.

former Employee I have worked at Krispy Kreme for a considerable amount of time, and I must say that the treatment of employees and the issue of underpayment has been a source of deep dissatisfaction. One of the most glaring issues is the lack of raises. Many of us have dedicated our time and efforts to this company, and the absence of regular pay increases is demotivating. It feels like our hard work and commitment go unnoticed, with no tangible rewards. Furthermore, the expectation to work every day takes a toll on our work-life balance. The demanding schedule makes it difficult to enjoy personal time with family and friends, and it often leads to burnout. The lack of flexibility in scheduling can be quite distressing. Krispy Kreme should take a hard look at how they treat their employees. Fair compensation and a more reasonable approach to scheduling would greatly improve the work environment and morale. Employees deserve to be recognized for their dedication and efforts, and it's disheartening to see these issues persist

I ordered the elf dozen and they ran out of one so subbed it for a cheaper donut, but i only noticed because i opened the box in the store to show my kiddo. When I asked about it the employee said she did what her manager told her to do. I asked her to sub for a similar donut, she had to speak to manager, after a while came back and said he said he would do it this time, as though he was doing me a favor. I don’t mind if you run out of a donut, but you should let the customer know that a substitution was made and substitute for a comparable donut or discount the dozen that is different than what was bought.

Friendly staff, love the warm donut offered when you walk in. Bought several dozen while on my stay in Colorado and another couple dozen to take home to the family since we don't have one where I live. Will definitely go back whenever in town.

Great customer service! I brought my baby daughter, only 9months old, and the employee was so sweet to her! And there was a deal so I got 2 dosen Krispy Kreme glazed! Great experience they were making Jelly filled so we got to watch them be made!
