KRISPY KREAM!! What can we say but YESSSSS!!! This store just opened today on 104th st and 3rd Avenue to much delight from the surrounding residents who live in this community. I have had the pleasure of being invited to the “NSO” New Store Opening ahead of the grand opening day as a VIP member joining through the KRISPY KREAM app. They have invited me to a couple of store openings, which I taught was an excellent “Perk” for signing up. The ladies who are in charge of doing these roll outs are a excellent group. I have congratulated them twice on lo the new locations and have inquired about becoming a “Franchise Owner”, but unfortunately at this time the company is not offering this opportunity. Regardless these donuts are some of the best in Town! Go get check it if your in the neighborhood, you can get your delicious Donut fix with no complaints. Welcome to Spanish Harlem.
I was walking by Krispy Kreme and decided to enter.I haven’t frequented this place in a while. I asked the young man behind the counter,” what time do you close?” He replied,” in 5 minutes.” I stated,” I made it just in time.” Anyway I purchased a dozen donuts and asked for the senior discount and they didn’t believe me when I told them my age. Long story short, I got the senior discount and happily started walking home. From behind me I heard a female voice calling mister. When I turned around it was the girl from Krispy Kreme who sold me the donuts. She ran after me because I left my debit card in the card machine. Her name is Nadia and I want to acknowledge her integrity and willingness to seek me out after I left the store. Big ups to Nadia!!
Closed now, seems permanently. Last summer, the employee I spoke to to claim my birthday reward with the app was very nice and gave me no trouble. This summer, at the site down on 86th/Lexington, the employee did not honor the reward, despite me showing the proof on my phone. The store did not update the system from the old reward to the new type of reward. Don't go to the aforementioned one. Bad service.
Taking into account a current 4,7 star rating, this place unfortunately could not live up to its expectation. Poor service, very limited product choice, poor experience. It is a donut place, but there are only 2 different kinds of donuts with filling - and the taste was very average.
Thank God they came back to NY Duncan donuts sucks. A fried donut is better than a baked donut and Krispy Kreme fries theirs. All donuts are not the same. You be the judge. Enjoy
It was a cold night. Lexington avenue and 86 st nyc. I had been looking for jelly donuts. When i walked into the Krispy Kreme store, which is very tiny I saw a woman taking care of some customers and next to her stood a guy so I walked over to the guy and I started giving my order and the woman who was helping the other people said you speak to me first in a very demanding voice like a yelling demanding voice you speak to to me you go through me I said I'm sorry I've never been to your store before I didn't know what the procedure was she was so rude and i said to her you know you're very rude and then she toned it down she says why I didn't say anything wrong and she repeated what she said but in a more civil way. Normally after something like that I would have walked out anyway they did have one jelly donut they told me one jelly donut which seem kind of odd because that's it it wasn't that late that they would be closing up so anyway I bought that but it really stuck in my throat so to speak.
This store is clean and organized. Staff is very accommodating and fruendly esp the make young cashier.
I LOVE Krispy Kreme doughnuts. This is a new location, and all the staff members were very professional and friendly. For the record, I visited this location on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. According to Google Maps, dine-in but that is not the case. There were no tables and no chairs. This was not a problem for me, but some wanting to dine-in may want to know ahead of time that that is not an option at this Krispy Kreme, at the present time.
This location is pretty decent. The only thing about this location is when you do a purchase they don't give you a receipt especially the ones that have the promo on the receipt like give me a rating and will get a free dozen they try not to give you any promo receipts, and I don't know why you're the machine is printing out the promo just give it to the customer why stay with it
Amazing place and fresh. Went here and they were so very helpful and took care of me. I left with free donuts without knowing I could get it if I had the app and they told me about it and left happy.
