Please DO NOT USE THIS TAX COMPANY. The owner is very rude and nasty. I contacted her due to some concerns I had, the response I received from her was very unprofessional. She tells you a flat $500, when all the paperwork is completed the fees are close to $1,000. Every year for the past 3 years I have had to wait a extra 4 months to get my taxes, for some strange reason I had to verify my identity each year. This year I use someone different, received my money right away. My husband and I have both used her, and the fees has been ridiculously outrageous. Very nasty, ghetto, unprofessional. As long as you're leaving good reviews, and not complaining she's okay. Soon as a customer experience his/her unhappiness with the service all hell breaks loose. Myself, along with several others received the same treatment this year. One of the people I referred to her company, had to send her a email for the same reasons and her response was very unprofessional. DON'T USE THIS TAX SERVICE.

Beware of this Tax office! I had  Bad experience terrible service rude owner don't know what she's doing will miss you up for life they have messed me up she did my taxes and I am in death !  Now I owe IRS  a lot of money and they have froze my bank account !!
