The other day I went to get gas at my local Kroger. I usually have a great experience there, but this was very different. The line was very long, not because they were busy but because the woman working there was being very rude and not listening to the customers. She upset each customer before me in some way. By the time it was my turn I could see why. She was on her cell phone talking AND playing a game on it. She was not friendly at all,  she would not make eye contact and I couldnt tell if she was talking to me or the person on her phone the whole time. She entered in the wrong amount of gas and was going to charge credit when I asked to charge debit. When I corrected her she just shrugged. No apology or customer service at all. This is where I always get my gas and all I ask for is a simple way to pay for my gas and maybe simple gratitude for my business. I guess that's too much to ask for from her. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
