I usually love Kroger but this one does not maintain the standards of some of the others in the area. There's been many times where I've stood at the deli and watched 5-7 people ignore me. The "$5 sushi Wednesday" sushi rolls are just veggies and rice no actual fish. And there have been multiple times where the rice is not cooked through, or the potato salad is expired. The whole deli/sushi/bakery section is just disappointing.

Unfortunately, after the Kroger on Shackleford was closed this store is now the closet. Since the move my 80yr old mother moved her pharmacist to Markham St after the clerks were so ride to her she came home in tears. Last yr the young lady at the "customer service" counter forgot to gang up the phone & I hear her making racist white remakes about me. Saturday I ask the lady in the deli for sliced cake. She says come back. I return & she flings the cake on the counter. Being all messed up. I ask for another piece. She flings this one on the counter as well & walks off. No THANK YOU, nothing. I said your welcome. She turns to the other lady behind the counter & says he's talking to you. She reponds. I heard his big ass. I am going to reginal office. This store FULL of racist. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

People are only giving it five stars because of convenience. Terrible service by the cashiers. Management is rude. Even the trash man was rude. Kathy was so rude when I needed help, she laughed in my face.

Friendliest and most helpful staff in a grocery store that I've seen in Little Rock. We barely shop anywhere else anymore, because they're usually cheaper than anyone else (and you can't beat their gas reward points!).
