There is an absolutely terrible, very rude customer service desk employee at this location named Karen. I have never been denied services at any other Kroger location, except this one. Yet another unfortunate encounter with her today has proven that it is infact a personal problem with this sour employee rather than company policy (as I went directly to the next nearest Kroger and had no problems at all). Its a shame, as I loved this Kroger location otherwise - its very clean, well stocked and a convenient location. I will never be returning again though due to the completely unacceptable and unprofessional (lack of) service I received from Karen on more than one occasion.

The staff gets 5 stars!!! Just wonderful.
The physical store gets 4. It's just not as nice as the other Kroger's I have been to. Product organization is odd. Clearance should be more "clear". Mostly, the way the aisles are ordered is confusing. 
Other then that, I love the deals here. Again, the staff is friendly and helpful, but not too annoying. I will be here again.

Not the best Kroger out there but it's okay. Seems they are getting a new store manager, or at least that's what I overheard. That might be a good thing because the staff doesn't seem to care much about the customers. The store is big enough and there are lots of things inside that make it a good stop, but it's the people that could use more Customer Service training. Not very friendly or approachable.

Favorite kroger  organized and lots of store deals especially on birthday cakes but u should definetly be looking a day before birthday if u want a sheet cake for 8 to 11 dollars

This is a nice store.  All the staff are very friendly and helpful!  It is always clean and organized.
