Worst shopping experience I've had in a long time. On top of the expected poorly stocked shelves and crowded isles, there seems to be no sense of customer service and satisfaction. As an ex Kroger employee I know that the Kroger Corp. holds higher standards for their customer service representative and management. After they refused to take an associate coupon givin to my wife as a Christmas perk, the store manager blatantly lied to me about not having the authority to override the coupon even after a cashier explained to me that they had to override a coupon for a different customer. They made me wait for a customer service representative to get back from their brake and between having to wait for several different employees to get a case of pop because their Pepsi rep just blew me off and trying to dispute my entirely valid coupon I ended up spending 45 min longer than I should have. Due to the fact that my shopping list was formed around that coupon I wasted a lot of time and money....

Excellent service, very clean and welcoming store. Many check out lanes open regardless of the time, I've been there 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 pm and in between those hours. Everything runs quickly and very smoothly. I'm very impressed.

Associates are wonderful, friendly and helpful. However the parking is terrible and the store is too small. You have a hard time moving in the aisles as they leave stocking cart just sitting in the way during peak hours. Really need a bigger store here in Waynedale.

This store is clean and organized. They have good meat and produce as well. Also, the employees are very pleasant and helpful. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it isn't the closest Kroger to me.
