Having shopped at Kroger in Richmond and Atlanta I am a loyal Kroger shopper. I wonder why they offer the fuel discount program. Neither the GA nor NC store had pumps. Seems like an empty gimmick. Store was a bit tired looking. Seems more like an overstuffed Food Lion. Have to visit other stores to decide. Wanted to play lottery and the vending machine was down. Customer service blew me off. Not a good way to start out honeymoon.

I popped in for the first time a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality Kroger's has to offer. They even have fuel perks. I'm all about getting a deal on gas and my groceries all in one place. (: They have an app that allows you to add coupons onto your rewards cards. It's paperless. Pure genius! Everyone else needs to get with the program now! Also, they have a nice big produce section and a pretty decent organic section as well. I've recently moved on from my two other neighborhood grocery stores because of the lack of selection and hefty prices. I feel like Kroger's is the perfect happy medium for me. I can't wait to save all of that money!

Really alot to like about Kroger. Not the best prices and always long lines/wait to check out but the produce is fresh and the service is friendly. I tend to get my staples here (bread, dairy, veg). I really like the deli meats and rotisserie chicken. Parking lot is a nightmare and getting checked out is really really slow. Tonight I waited in the self checkout line while the watch person ignored three of us that needed carding. I could hear all the audibles bit this person could not...we each had to approach and show our Id before they came over and approved our age. The check out here is beyond rediculous.

This was my first time visiting a Kroger location, but definitely won't be my last. Even with their prices on some items seeming competitive to Walmarts, this does not feel like a cheap poorly maintained Walmart in any aspect. The store is very large, clean, and super organized. The staff were all extremely friendly, lots of booths providing free samples, and the pharmacy was quick and also super friendly and helpful!
