I love going to this Kroger. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are always there to assist and will walk up to you and ask are you finding everything ok. I have never been to a Kroger and been ask this. The store is very clean and neat at all times. Kudos for doing a great job!!

Well laid out for the most part, staff is nice and helpful, well lit and usually very crowded on the weekends.

I wonder if any one from local management or corporate read any of these reviews.  This evening I went to Kroger and I was at the self check out and needed my card scan which I have stored in my cell phone.  And the lady who provides assistance was busy chitchatting with this other lady and their conversation had nothing to do with customer service.  Anyway, as I try to get her attention she tells me with an attitude that I need to go where she's at so I can get the code scanned from my cell phone.  Is this now the new procedure at Kroger.

What happens to the organic selections??  They took them out and now have very few organic options.  The pharmacy is good but I go elsewhere to shop for food because there are very few organics.  I don’t like to eat preservatives!  Sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, plahhhh
