Use to love this Kroger. But whoever does the ordering for this store has been discontinuing quite a few items that I buy regularly. So now my choices are very limited. Unfortunately I don't have option of going to another market. This Kroger is my only option.

I dropped a lens out of the frames of my glasses after asking an employee only thing she could tell me was to walk into the bathroom or check the baskets again. After explaining I can't see I can't even drive without my glasses there was no concern there was no one trying to help.. would love to get a call back. The lens fit sure fell out inside the store.  I was totally helpless.. NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE WANTED TO HELP. One lady said " girl go in the bathroom and look". I do know people have to clean at night.. why not try to be more helpful??!! Our just a? lil ' more pleasant?! I'm really hoping and praying to get a call back but I don't see it happening.

Some of the employees are rude. I've heard them talking about people as they walk by. Overall customer service desk is good. But needs better management.

Kroger is doing a great job fulfilling all your shopping needs. Good selection of specialty foods. Lots of parking and gas station on the lot.

The associates are always helpful and friendly.  The items that I need are always reasonably priced.
