I just had to send a true heartfelt compliment to my cashier today at Krogers.
Her name is Brenda and if there were a 10 star rating she would get it from me. She is always so kind, patient, courteous, and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about her. I hope she gets a bonus or at least an acknowledgement. Thank You.

Very helpful. However the pharmacists need more help. There is always a long wait to get your medicine. But they are always nice and helpful.

I really do not like shopping at Kroger. Nothing against this Kroger. I am rating it 5 stars because of the amazing job they did blowing up the helium balloon I brought in myself. *Amazing*

I would recommend shopping here over any other stores. If you go in store to shop you'll receive excellent customer service and find great produce. They don't sell furniture and don't seem to have as wide a variety as some other places, but they'll help you find what you need as much as possible. Don't call customer service if you expect someone to answer the phone in less than 30 minutes. As a previous employee, I've seen customer service associates actively avoid answering the phone, even if they're standing next to it. I wouldn't recommend working here. Management tends to choose favorites and ignore concerns or ideas to better improve work environment. If you do apply to work here make sure to put yourself as full time, because if you apply for part time they'll give you full time hours with none of the benefits. If you can't do the ridiculous hours they give you they'll threaten to fire you, and if that doesn't work they'll switch you around the store constantly until you're stressed enough that you end up quitting. Overall, I would recommend shopping here, but I wouldn't recommend working here.
