This Kroger always disappoints. Anytime I try to give them a chance they ruin my experience every time. My husband picked up stuff for dinner tonight and grabbed expired bob evens farm-fresh goodness side dishes along with some old expired marinated chicken… someone isn’t keeping up with the expired items because this is not the first encounter. I’ve bought cheese cubes for my cheese board which aren’t cheap and they were slimy, moldy, and expired as well!

Mrs Hang Le and the team was phenomenal! Great customer service on the phone with Mia, she helped me get the information I needed for the Covid19 vaccine and which brand offered the single dose.  Mrs Hang took the time although they were extremely busy to look for a coupon so that I could get the flu vaccine at a discounted price.  I’m impressed! Thank you kindly!

Was gonna buy my groceries on the way home from work until I walked in at 930 and not a single register was manned. All register lights were off and only self checkout running. You were supposed to be better. Your unionized and you have the staff. Why did you succumb to profit mongering instead of customer service? You run self checkout so you don't have to pay employees. You lost my business. HEB it is. They haven't let me down yet.

Walking toward fruit and vegetable area....it was like the commercial  it looked beautiful,  all perfectly arranged. Nice! Now, can you sell the little kroger cartoon characters,  my grandchildren would love them. They would make nice. and decent toys.

I'm a long time Kroger  shopper and  I stooped by  to.send money western union   today  Dec 28  the lady at customer service  has an attitude  like she hate her job. I think  need  more training; I talked to  the manager  on duty but it just like  No apologies  or anything.

Stopped by today, July 15, out of convenience to grab ice cream and a dip. Thought the street corn dip sounded good, they had about a dozen of them stocked. EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS USE BY JULY 13, 2022. I really wish this Kroger could get it together.  Previous review I had left: This Kroger is convenient because it's close to my home. However, on numerous occasions the yogurt has been out of date by several days. The produce department doesn't have much of a great selection and the seafood area always stinks to me. The employees are always super friendly though.

Kroger grocery is fine, but the fuel pump additech advertisements are so loud I can't hear myself think while getting the pump going. I'm not going to buy your snake oil regardless of how loud you scream in my ear, but I will take my business elsewhere

They even have raclette cheese! That's impressive! However, wish they had more selection in the local beers than IPAs, but thats a personal preference.

Pharmacy tech, Stephanie, is awesome. As soon as she found out that Good Gold was not available for my prescriptions, she immediately entered in house coupons to remedy the problem. I am so grateful to her, and will always be loyal to this outstanding pharmacy. Just an update, once again, pharmacy technician, Stephanie, went out of her way to help alliviate a problem I was having with a reaction to one of my medications. She is absolutely outstanding!

Whoever was in charge of keeping the BABY FORMULA KEY between the days of 9/1/22 - 9/2/22 needs to be fired or given a FIRM disciplinary action.  You can’t just go around and say “we don’t know where the key is sorry” and not take it seriously!! These careless actions can very well cost a helpless life to be lost due to the negligent behavior these people have.  Unacceptable..
