Most grocery stores are hohum, but this ones employees seem happier and more attentive. Also I find the best deals here in Lewisville/Flower mound. I like coming here, probably the only grocery store I say that about.

I'll try to write it short: I changed my rxs to this pharmacy. There seemed to have been a discrepancy with a couple of my meds. I was on the phone for almost two weeks daily regarding pre authorization and back and forth with phone calls from my dr office to Kroger pharmacy. Sue is a pharmacy tech and she acts nice but can't handle the customer service that is entititledto Kroger pharmacys good customer service. You can be sure that once I have some down time, I will be transferring my rx out of here. Sue was argumentative and the entire pharmacy staff was trying to get me to pay for the medications when I had primary and secondary medical insurance. They are lucky and better be careful that they don't try any other stunts in me as a customer. I'll have a lawsuit handed to them asap. I would give Kroger's another star for their store because they do have a nice selections and a variety of merchandise. But I won't give them a second star overall bc the pharmacy staff represents them not being patient advocates.

I get most of my groceries from here, and there is a decent selection of products to choose from. My ONLY complaint about this store is the SMELL when you walk in, or depending on the day, pretty much anywhere near the entrance! I've heard that it is some sort of sewage leak or problem. I do not believe that this is anything Kroger can directly deal with, however, since I believe that the building is actually leased. Nonetheless, it does make for a relatively poor experience. This has actually been an issue for years, but I really do hope that the problem can be corrected soon.
