Clean and well maintained. This location is busy at all hours of the day. The staff is prompt and courteous. Many employees help the elderly out to their cars. Fast deli counter! Food and groceries are rotated properly for shelf life. Fruits and veggies always look great. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. They could stand to make the entrance a little more open and clear once entering the store.

Great store, great meat, cheeses and bakery. Not terrible expensive. It is crowded with snobby people but that's the customers and definitely not the employees.

They were very busy, yet when I asked one young man a question, he didn't hesitate to get me an answer and was very polite & helpful! Everyone I talked with was very helpful and polite! I was very impressed especially with the store being very busy with shoppers! My experience was very pleasant!

This is the trendy grocery store in Mansfield, Ohio. It's also the national test market for Kroger Marketplace. The positive part about the store is the wide selection of products, the cheesemonger, the sushi bar, and the olive bar. The downside would be the congestion, the distance between the entrance and the dairy section, the inconvenience of having to wander past clothing and all sorts of other merchandise that most grocery store consumers are not interested in in order to simply get to the products that they want to purchase. I still give this store high marks for the incredible selection of products.

Their staff is so helpful and friendly. A vast improvement with friendliness from 6 months ago. Great selection of inventory.
