The staff at this pharmacy is awesome. They take the time to build relationships with their customers and are always looking at ways to help save money and make the experience better. They are the only reason I go to that Kroger.

The Pharmacist lost my prescription. I went in on Monday May 22nd to pick up medications that had been sent in and to drop off a prescription. I dealt with the head pharmacist herself. We had a lengthy conversation in which I stated three times I was dropping off the prescription. We discussed that I would pick it and another medication that was due for a refill on Saturday. Today I went in to pick up the medications and was told that they had no record of the one I dropped off. The pharmacist was there so I told her I had given it to her on Monday. She frantically looked through 2 computers and several drawers and stacks of papers. She then told me she had no memory of me dropping it off. She remembered everything else we discussed, including the meds that I didn't need and other details but conveniently couldn't remember this prescription. She told me I'd have to wait until she talked to my Dr on Tuesday. I said no, I'm out of medication. She then said she would go ahead and fill it. How can you fill a medication you have no memory or prescription for? The one I dropped off had 3 refills...the one she filled has none. So where did this controlled substance prescription go?! This is not okay at all. Had I not protested she would have made me go without meds for several days because of her careless error. How many other prescriptions have been lost? By hearing the conversation of the man in front of me..they lost his too. The day before she said his prescription wasn't ready yet, then when he went to pick it up today, she said they didn't have any prescriptions for him at all and asked him if she really told him it wasn't ready. She has zero personal accountability. I   will be speaking with my Dr and changing pharmacies. As someone who works in the medical field and deals with sending/ordering prescriptions everyday, I am shocked by the lack of concern and responsibility this pharmacist has.
